Holiday Inn Express - Minneapolis West - Plymouth, an IHG Hotel

From the first step into the hotel - the fresh, clean smell.... the staff was friendly, professional, courteous, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was exception every day. Quiet inside and from the outside. Rooms were very comfortable and roomy for what you need. The only little thing that they could have is a light or medium roast coffee as well. It was very bold and strong, a little too much for us. Keep doing what your doing we look forward to another stay and would highly recommend it .

Good assortment of hot food for breakfast. We like the location it was near a pub that we really enjoyed after the clerk had suggested it. Also, it was close to our destination appointment. Nice shopping nearby.

new, modern, comfy, good size, clean, shower instead of bathtub, lots of towels, hook on the doors in bathroom, multiuse bath supplies, lots of light fixtures, desk, lounge for watching TV or reading, closet, jacket hooks, iron & board, safe, usb plugs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker , nice breakfast area and lobby, fair breakfast, nice and clean swimming pool, mirror in bathroom and in the room, room not too dark colours, pleasant facility interior design

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great! The best part, though, was the location. Right on the corner of 55 and 494, it was such a convenient location for us to get around Minneapolis and the west suburbs.
